Steven R. Sullivan currently serves as the Executive Director of Building Mass Careers located in Woburn, Massachusetts. The 501c3 non-profit organization was founded to expose parents, teachers and students to the value and benefits of joining the construction industry. The organization was founded by people who are passionate about construction, and believe the industry has a great story to tell but hasn’t done enough to tell it.
Steve comes to his position with a background in higher education, labor, and private sector experience. Mr. Sullivan is a certified OSHA Outreach trainer, National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) trainer, and JLG Operator Training Instructor. Steve earned a Master of Science degree from UMASS Boston’s John W. McCormack Graduate School of Policy and Global Studies and a bachelor’s degree in English Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
