As vice president of pre-construction at Windover, Kevin and his team are responsible for guiding a project through concept, planning, design, and procurement and ensuring it is set up for success as a project breaks ground. Taking a holistic approach to every project, Kevin provides his project teams with the insight needed to drive the pre-construction process. His counsel provided to clients and project teams is gathered from 20 years of estimating and planning for a variety of project types.
Since joining Windover in 2010, Kevin’s comprehensive pre-construction planning has maximized the design and constructability of Windover’s projects while still guarding the budget. Meticulous in his approach, Kevin brings tremendous value during the entire estimating process. Kevin also shares his vast knowledge and expertise with his team as a leader and mentor.
Before joining the Windover team, Kevin held positions at several of the largest commercial construction firms in the area including Suffolk Construction and Shawmut Design and Construction. Kevin received his degree in Construction Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology and served in the United States Army Reserves from 1994 to 2002. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Associated Builders and Contractors of Massachusetts since 2018.
